I suspect rather it goes

Age I feel = Actual Age - 30

=> Risk I feel = Actual Risk / 1000

MD: Good. The key is to formalize the thinking.

A couple of months ago I was in a large waiting room for a visit to a specialist doctor. One person coughed without any attempt to cover his mouth. Another then told him that he should be aware that there are immune-comprimised people there. He just replied that it was OK because he was over 2 metres away. I resisted the temptation to explain that that is only for talking. When someone coughs or exhales deeply the spread can be much greater.
