I can't help wondering how many countries are hidden.

Marginal Revolution also reposted an old meme long disproven this morning. I don't give them particularly much credence about anything they post.


This kind of chart would work even better in Flash animation where you could click a flag to bring that countries' series to the top. I was impressed the way it is.

My brother found a junk chart in Foreign Affairs yesterday. Good times.
